Factory Exterior, our factory is located in Shenzhen and mainly produce audio microphones in handheld, instruments , PA system, conference, gooseneck, communication, intercom fields, headphones, and headsets.

In our factory, each order for microphones and headphones will do a full inspection that ensures the quality at a high level to the client.

Systematic Quality Control Workflow
YOGADA operations are strictly governed by an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System to ensure predictable yield rates and verifiable product reliability. We include:
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Raw materials are sampled according to MIL-STD-105E, Level 2 standards. 100% of applicable components are analyzed using an XRF Spectrometer to verify material composition and strict RoHS compliance.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Production lines undergo continuous real-time monitoring to identify deviations, maintaining consistent manufacturing specifications.
- Final Quality Control (FQC): Finished products undergo objective acoustic and electro-acoustic measurements utilizing industry-standard B&K Audio Analyzers and the CLIO System.

- Anechoic Chamber: Provides a controlled environment for accurate acoustic baseline measurements.
- XRF Spectrometer & RoHS Verification: Confirms material composition and the absence of hazardous substances to comply with global environmental directives.
- Reliability & Environmental Testing: Temperature and humidity chambers simulate extreme environmental conditions to verify product durability and lifecycle stability.
- RoHS Test: Ensures all products are free from hazardous substances, meeting environmental and safety standards.
- Temperature and Humidity Machine: Simulates various environmental conditions, testing durability and performance under extreme temperatures and humidity levels.
Our quality assurance protocol extends beyond manufacturing. We provide post-delivery technical support and issue resolution to maintain product stability in field applications.
