A successful custom audio project requires clear communication and step-by-step development. YOGADA supports customers through the following process:
1. Requirement Review
We review your product requirements, target application, expected quantity, market positioning and key specifications. At this stage, we recommend providing product drawings, reference models, acoustic requirements, connector specifications, cable length, packaging needs and compliance expectations if available.
Technical Evaluation
Our team evaluates the feasibility of the requested customization, including product structure, acoustic performance, circuit design, material selection, tooling requirements and production feasibility.
3. Model Selection or New Product Development<5>
Depending on your project, we may recommend modifying an existing YOGADA model or developing a new ODM solution. Existing models are suitable for faster customization, while ODM development is better for projects requiring unique appearance, function or product positioning.
4. Sample Development
After confirming the specifications, YOGADA proceeds with sample preparation. Samples may include customized cable length, connector type, capsule selection, logo placement, packaging mockup or circuit adjustment, depending on the project scope.
5. Testing & Confirmation
Samples are reviewed and tested based on agreed specifications. Adjustments may be made before moving into production. This stage helps reduce production risk and ensures the final product meets the customer’s application needs.
6. Mass Production & Delivery
Once the sample and production details are approved, YOGADA arranges production planning, quality control and shipment coordination. Our goal is to provide stable product quality and reliable delivery for long-term OEM/ODM cooperation.
